Microsoft excel:
The importance of spreadsheet is it can make paper works easier and faster in terms of financial industries.
I have learnt creating, editing, and updating graphs, charts, statistics, and handles sophisticated equations (i.e.average sum, yearly percentage etc) that could be time consuming if it is done manually.further more i have learnt inserting, deleting, merging cells,super script,sub script, aligning, cropping image, inserting images etc.
